The Divine You

 

Who is this God 

that we barely know

Who brings us the rain,

the wind and the snow

He created the world 

And gave us new life

And yet we persist

with the sin and the strife

God gave us the Word

To teach and to guide

Life is a blessing 

taken in stride

The Lord forgives and 

makes things right

With His wisdom He gives us

Power and might

Get to know Him

Our Father above

We are his children

Feel the Love

How can we praise Him

Learn to be still

Try and stay humble

To do His will

The Lord is merciful

Full of grace

Clear out the noise

And give Him some space

Jesus tells us that 

Peace 

is the way

Follow the Word 

And try not to stray

Let us be Thankful

Lifting our voice

We have this day 

Let us Rejoice

We are forgiven

We are part of the 

Trine

Father, Son, Holy Spirit

Of the Blessed Divine

With God all things are possible.
