Be Bold - Life Is Short

Steve Jobs, the Apple visionary, passed yesterday at the age of 56. I was reading an article and came across this wonderful quote from him

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma -- which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
-Steve Jobs

We all have an obligation to tap into our inner genius to follow that passion that simmers inside us. We don't need to be the next Steve Jobs but we do have an obligation to follow our hearts, to tap our potential.

Apple’s legendary Think Different commercial summed it up nicely:

“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
We start changing the world by changing our own world. Let's be bold life is truly short.
