You create your reality. Think about anything that you ever wanted or have ever done has been because you wanted it to happen. And it all begins with a thought.
So many times, we take where we are today as the reality for the rest of our lives. When we simply take a break from our daily lives and the challenges we may be facing from our careers, health, love life, or finances, we must start to envision the life that we desire. Allow yourself to dream, imagine all the good things you want in your life. Many of us have difficulty believing that we can have or even deserve the finer things in life. But I ask, why not? If someone else can do it, then so can you.
For many of us life has beaten us down so much, that we have a challenge mustering the energy to believe we can achieve our dreams, even the easy ones!
Remember, your existing circumstances today do not define you. When you start to think things can be better, you begin to attract that into you life. Keep an eye for the better things showing up in you life and be sure to express gratitude when they do. Believe in a better tomorrow.
Think and envision a better future, and then begin to take action. Simple steps can produce incredible results. The simple act of writing it down is a very powerful first step, but how many have a challenge even doing that. When I suggest that people write down their ideal weight, before doing anything else, many find that difficult to do. Now, keep in mind I didn't say give up pizza or run 10 miles, I asked to simply write down your ideal, healthy weight. If you find yourself not being able to do this simple task. Stop! No more! Take the simple yet powerful action step and write it down, "I happily weigh a healthy 160 pounds"
Our todays and yesterdays do not limit our tomorrows. You deserve all the wonderful things life has to offer. Begin today by simply writing it down.
