Coconut Oil
I like millions of other usually have seasonal allergies with the sneezing and congestion. The tree pollen blows in the air leaving a thick coat of green dust everywhere. I started using coconut oil this past year by eating it and using it as a skin moisturizer.
Coconut oil is an anti-fungal and antibacterial, so it kills germs and prevents bacteria. I apply the oil to my eyes, in my nostrils, and other parts of the body. This season when you can see the green dust floating in the air, I haven't had a sneeze or scratchy throat.
I use the Trader Joe's coconut oil and prefer it in its solid form, it goes for around $6. At warm temperatures, the oil will liquify.
Do a little research on coconut oil and give it a try for your allergies.
Coconut oil the power food.
