Vitamin E - Exercise and Endorphins
Endorphins are those natural feel good chemicals released by the body during exercise. The wonderful thing about exercise is that it is a natural stress reliever. Another terrific benefit is that it creates a natural high, long known as the "runners high" often experienced by long distance runners.
