 Spirit

Americans and indeed all of us have an incredible desire to flourish, succeed, and to do good. The incredible Human Spirit that burns within all of us is ready to be ignited. 

 

We are eagles made to soar, it is innate it is in our nature.  We are not here to grovel, crawl on the ground, or cower in the face of adversity. 

 

Regardless of the environment we find ourselves, our indomitable Spirits will always find a way to overcome and thrive. We must remember that we have Divine energy and with that we are unstoppable. 

 

Just like we fill our bodies with good food and water, or our pets with good nutrition.  We must fill our minds and souls with the good stuff.  Put aside the junk food and the junk news and entertainment for all it does is weigh us down, and we don't have time to be weighed down with junk. 

 

We are too busy soaring!

 

The American Spiritual Revolution is here and starts with us, and will be heard around the world.  Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.  We need to reclaim our freedoms and our lives and livelihoods.  Our lives and our children have been shutdown, locked down, and controlled. 

Enough.  We know how to stay safe, live our lives, and be productive.  We are not made to cower and hide. We are reclaiming Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. 

One of the things we can do right now is get back to Nature.  Back to the great outdoors.  Open the windows, open the doors, and let the fresh air wash over you and your home.  Take a deep breath and soak in the the essence of life Fresh Air! Go for walks, jogs, runs, or bike rides but do it outside.  We spend too much time indoors at the gym, on the bike, tv, phones, video games, computer, Internet, Social media.....all indoors! 

Get out in Nature. Sunshine and Fresh Air!!!

We have this day, this moment, this breath.  We are Renewed!
